There are certain bands harvested from the local scene who's names we won't forget.... This is one of them.
Chronic Generation formed back in '79 and helped pave the way for the local scene. Shortening the name to Chron-Gen in 1980, the band built up a great following playing Battle Of The Bands, Youth Clubs and Parties until they were called upon for bigger things. Selling over 45,000 copies of their dbut EP 'Puppets Of War' they went on to play at the Lyceum, London and later went on tour in the U.S with The Anti Nowhere League.
Well, if you missed them the first time aroud you won't want to miss thgem again! The band have been hitting the studio ahead of some new UK dates this year and are sounding awesome. Regulars at the studio for a while now they have dates at Skegness, Derby (Punks Against Cancer) and Blackpool (Rebellion) all of which you can find on their website here. They have also been working on a new album for 2016 which is their first in 28 years so keep a look out for this when it drops!
